4.The material of the roller mold is Cr12mov, and the heat treatment hardness is HRC58-62; Fine grinding of holes after crushing, precision machining of roller surfaces on CNC lathes, and maintaining high precision of rollers;The precision level of the rolling mill is 6-7, and the surface roughness is above 0.8;
5.Roller shaft: material 40Cr, quenched and tempered, finely ground;
